Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE PRIORITY shipping within New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut ONLY on orders over $50.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to any other states mentioned above at this time. If you would like to ship to another address, log in to and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

Most orders received before 5:00PM Eastern Time will processed & shipped the same business day via UPS or USPS. While most orders are shipped the same day, on rare occasions due to market volatility some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such circumstances, we will do our best to notify our customers with the appropriate ETA as soon as the information becomes available.
All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the day, to sign for the package in person.
We may change the shipping carrier in any given order in order to expedite it's processing and assure timely deliver.

If you need to return a product to American Beauty & Cosmetology, please contact Customer Care at 1-201-440-0914 or email us at for the appropriate return procedure. Returns are accepted on saleable, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.

Customers returning products by mail will be responsible for all costs related to the return process. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method once the return has been received and processed.
The following types of product are not accepted for return:
• Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker.
• Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
• Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
• Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
